Lian gong
Lian Gong em Dezoito Terapias (em chinês: 练功十八法 pinyin: Liàn gōng shí bā fǎ) é um dos primeiros sistemas de prática corporal oriental que integra a tradição milenar das artes corporais chinesas aos modernos conhecimentos da medicina ocidental.
Eighteen Therapies Lian Gong (Chinese: pinyin 练功 十八 法: Lian Gong shí fǎ ba) is one of the first systems of practice that integrates body oriental tradition of ancient Chinese to modern body art knowledge of Western medicine.The Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa was created in 1974 by orthopedist Dr. Zhuang Yuan Ming Chinese residing in Shanghai.By developing this technique exercises to prevent and treat pains in the body and restore its natural movement, it received Chinese government's Award for Scientific Research of relevant results.When creating your technique, Dr. Zhuang was inspired by other sequences of Chinese traditional exercises, such as the Ba Duan Jin (Eight Brocade Exercises Silk), The Five Animal Play and the Yi Jin Jing (Exercise of Peasants) among others.The practice of Lian Gong is based on the same basic concepts of traditional Chinese medicine that underlie the Tui Na massage, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and oQi Gong: Qi, Meridians and the Yin and Yang.Dr. Zhuang complemented this practice by developing sequences of 18 plus 2 years:The 1st string is known as "18 Previous Therapies", divided into three series1st series: Exercises for prevention and treatment of pain in the neck and shoulders2nd series: Exercises for prevention and treatment of back pain and lower backGrade 3: Exercises for the prevention and treatment of pain in the buttocks and legsThe 2nd sequence is known as "18 Subsequent Therapies", divided into 3 sets *1st series: Exercises for prevention and treatment of painful joints of the extremities2nd series: Exercises for prevention and treatment of tenosynovitisGrade 3: Exercises for prevention and treatment of disorders of internal organs (hypertension, gastrointestinal disorders, sleep problems, anxiety)The 3rd result is known as "Qi Gong I," designed to strengthen the functions of the heart-lung and prevent and treat respiratory infections.The exercises are performed to the rhythm of traditional Chinese music.
O Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa foi criado em 1974 pelo médico ortopedista chinês Dr. Zhuang Yuan Ming, residente em Shangai.
Por desenvolver esta técnica de exercícios para prevenir e tratar de dores no corpo e restaurar a sua movimentação natural, ele recebeu do governo chinês o Prêmio de Pesquisa Científica de Resultado Relevante.
Ao criar sua técnica, o Dr. Zhuang se inspirou em outras sequências tradicionais de exercícios terapêuticos chineses, tais como o Ba Duan Jin (Exercícios dos Oito Brocados da Seda),O Jogo dos Cinco Animais e o Yi Jin Jing (Exercício dos Camponeses), dentre outros.
A prática do Lian Gong se fundamenta nos mesmos conceitos básicos da Medicina Tradicional Chinesa que fundamentam a massagem Tui Na, a Acupuntura, a Fitoterapia chinesa e oQi Gong: o Qi, os Meridianos e a relação Yin e Yang.
O Dr. Zhuang complementou esta prática desenvolvendo mais 2 sequências de 18 exercícios:
- A 1ª sequência é conhecida como "18 Terapias Anterior", dividida em 3 séries
- A 2ª sequência é conhecida como "18 Terapias Posterior", dividida em 3 séries*
- 1ª série: Exercícios para a prevenção e tratamento de articulações doloridas das extremidades
- 2ª série: Exercícios para a prevenção e tratamento de tenossinovites
- 3ª série: Exercícios para a prevenção e tratamento das desordens de órgãos internos (hipertensão, desordens do trato gastrointestinal, problemas de sono, ansiedade)
- A 3ª sequência é conhecida como "I Qi Gong", planejada para fortalecer as funções do coração-pulmão e previnir e tratar infecções das vias respiratórias.
Os exercícios são praticados seguindo o ritmo de músicas tradicionais chinesas.
